I live as a photographer in Berlin and work worldwide on personal and commissioned projects in the field of documentary and conceptual photography. The interest of my personal projects is the photographic approach to the characteristics and atmosphere of places and the people connected to them. Open encounters with my protagonists and an interest in their stories, desires and their context to society are an important part of my photographic work.

I studied photography at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover, Germany and graduated in 2007 with a diploma. My work has received international awards at competitions and has been exhibited in Italy, Poland and Germany.

Since 2016 I also work with the photographer Michael Kuchinke-Hofer on personal projects as a duo.
